This small, family owned and run, Brewery exists because 2 brothers shared a passion for the highest quality real ale. They followed their dream and since founding the brewery in 2007 remain as committed now as they were then to bringing real ale to the pub, club or shop to be enjoyed.
The Brewery is located in a converted barn on a farm in the rolling Bedfordshire country side. The ingredients used in the brewing process are sourced as locally as possible, and are deliberately true to the old days of using all organic ingredients. Spent malt is fed to the cattle on the farm, reducing their feed and sustaining the close harmony of the Brewery with the land.
This is the cornerstone of White Park’s philosophy. Our ale is the product of our care and commitment to the highest quality possible. We have invested in modern equipment, including for instance a new chiller room, training for our staff and top quality ingredients to ensure that our beers are consistently amongst the best in the business. Our drive for quality has been recognised by the plaudits won from feedback at Beer Festivals including the Great British Beer Festival in 2011.
